Age
Our website and vacancies are not intended for persons defined as underage by applicable local laws, nor do we intend to collect personal data of website visitors who are under the defined legal age. However, we are unable to verify visitors’ or applicants' ages. JET uses automated decision making and profiling to execute the agreement with you and to improve our platform. If you are a partner restaurant, JET uses your revenue data to set a spending cap based on the restaurant revenue and uses your restaurant data (e.g. kitchen type and menu) to provide you with a more personalized shopping experience.
When such automated decision-making and/or profiling leads to a negative decision about you, and you do not agree with it, you can contact us via our privacy form. We will then proceed to reassess the situation.
How long we store personal data for
We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, tax, accounting, or reporting requirements.
